User Terms and Agreement for Breedlove's Sporting Goods, Inc. Online Stores:
By placing an order with Breedlove's Sporting Goods, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders: All items are custom-made. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds are available.

2. Issue Resolution: If there’s a mistake on our end (wrong size or decoration error), contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

3. Order Acceptance: Orders are only accepted while the online store is open. No late orders.

4. Artwork and Color: Artwork and color in the images are intended as guides and may not be exact. Apparel colors may vary slightly between brands.

5. Shipping: Orders ship 2-4 weeks after the store closes. "Pick up from Breedlove's" orders will be donated if not picked up within 6 months.

6. No Cancellations or Exchanges: Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
